During the last decade, How evolved the laws of your country for consumption? do you risk a prison sentence in case of seizure of an important quantity of drugs intended to your own consumption?

You wouldn’t get prison for possession unless something additional was involved probably.

All the parties of our current govenrment, apart from the one’s in charge, want the laws at least looked at if not changed entirely.

if i been controlled with 50 gr cocaine and tell its for my month consomation and just bought it from a unknow person in the street, i risk nothing more than a bill off 200 swiss frank (190 euro)

so why are people so paranoid talking about consumption???

How do you prove 50g of coke is DEFINITELY all yours and nobody will even get in the same room as it?

And coke is illegal as can be whoever is gonna be using it.

You might get away with possession, IF YOU ARE BLOWING THE JUDGE, if it’s all in one package (not in grams or anything) but you still possess 50g and are still fucked lol.

I was trying to say that once the police prove that it was in your possession the prosecutor is going to have a field day no matter the amount or any other minutia or ancillary information

Keep your fucking mouth shut until you speak to a solicitor (as you always should) and pray.

i have nothing to prove to the cops, if i say “i bought 50 gr in one time, cuz if i buy every day it will cost to much, so i take at once so itis cheaper, it’s the work to the police to prove that it’s not the truth”. the laws in switzerland are not same as example usa, here the cops has to prove u are liying.

here, the cops must prove YOU are GUILTY, in the usa YOU have to prove u are INNOCENT
ITS A BIG BIG DIFERENCE

Yes buit you still have 50g illegal drugs. Whose they are makes no difference.
