Ive been getting amazing heroin from the same connection for 6 years and its always the best around, sometimes to strong. I was looking for a safe cut for I.v. users for a light tan boi.

seriously though in Europe the official stuff for diluting opiates is “water for injections” and AFAIK is just purified sterilised water; I would ask the nurse in a staff room next door but as I just fix the computers and electronic stuff here (not people) folk get suspicious….
