for diverted pharm quality gear (assuming its crushed tablets) that is a very high dose; I’ve very occasionally had dexys in the UK [they were more strongly controlled since the 1980s and its now near impossible to get prescribed them]; 15mg (3 x tablets) was a strong dose that would keep you awake the whole weekend.

the doc probably wasn’t lying ; NHS Scotland (which is indepdendent from England) probably had cleaned out the UK’s allocation :laugh_at:

just found a recent UK datasheet (not sure if its a good idea to directly link it here as its from the same regulators who check up on NPS vendors!); currently dexamfetamine is only indicated for children with ADHD who have not responded to methylphenidate treatment. Northern Europe now sources the pills from a German company rather than USA; interestingly the Netherlands Health Authority expressed concerns that this would make diversion a lot easier…

they quote an absolute maximum dosage of 40 mg for children and adolescents – NHS England does not appear to usually prescribe stimulants for ADHD as an adult condition (Scotland does)

there was this lass on here from Scotland who often took way too much of amfet; she had about 5 cats in her house and 1 was always stray/missing (it tended to come back after a few days) so she was always frantically searching for it. we had a chatroom with some bots on it and one said she had to go to immigration clearance which made her really paranoid; [it was around the time SNP won the elections and were planning the independence referendum] i posted that surely a lass who took loads of amfet and kept a house full of often half wild cats was about as Scottish as you can get so she’d have no problem.

Also there were loads of DJs from Scotland on Partyvibe Radio who’d play techno the entire weekend; and as the weekend went on and they got more high they’d end up typing in Scots (which Mrs Robinson was intrigued by as it seemed like they were randomly switching between English and Scandinavian languages) :laugh_at:

I used to put on raves with two speed freaks from Aberdeen; even a Glaswegian could not always understand them in full flow and would say to them “slow ye doon or speak English!” it might be why I found learning Dutch comparatively easy :laugh_at:

is Rad actually getting 100% pure amfet and not street level stuff in powder form that could be cut with inert powder?

In Europe we either have diverted pills which are usually just swallowed or “street amfet” which is less purity; often produced in clandenstine labs and more likelly to be snorted.
