Top right of your screen is a thing saying unread posts with a number to the left of it (some times no), click it, or at the top left there is active topics.

if you look over on the right next to the name of the last poster in a thread is a little icon that will take you to the last post and I can’t imagine you’ve read to much of anything here so am assuming most is unread lol.
