I hate spam, and I apologize for this, but this is too damned important. Read it for the ones you love. Also, register and say hi. It’s free, and we have video games, and a lot of good people.

    Thanks,

    9/11 Truther

whilst you may have had good intentions doing this – this board contains a lot of people from across the world who are as clued-up about politics and current affairs as they are about the hedonism of raving; many have already read the free news sources accounts of the 9/11 incident and are aware of allegations that the Bush administration is implicated in some way or another in this incident; either by what they did or didn’t do as the towers burned.

but by posting this five or more times across different sections, you’re not only preaching to the choir but shouting the same hymn lyrics back at them – out of tune – at which even the most devout may decide to walk out of church!

it also comes across like you are trying to recruit people for your board as well as post this “breaking news”.

Furthermore, although most people here are politically aware, constant exposure to articles on events which are essentially the start of world war III is quite demoralising, so we try and keep them to the politics section, leaving the rave areas free for people to discuss partying as a release from all the war and negativity in the world!

That said the article itself is worth a read and discussion.

I’ve left two copies in the chat and the politics section – and if you are genuine and not just trying to plug your other board feel free to discuss the implications of this “conspiracy” in this section…

You make some very interesting points… you are correct, I am trying to get people to my board… I am not trying to steal from yours… I don’t see why people can’t belong to more than one board.

The reason I am trying to bring them to my board is because people don’t know the HALF of what’s going on in the world. I and others have done months of research into 9/11, and have posted all of our findings for everyone to see.

Everything that is going on in the world today regarding the United States is a direct result of 9/11. I think it’s important to the people of this country to know what the hell happened that day…

As I said, I apologize for the spamming, but this is too damned important.

I think what you are doing is a great idea, the media controls 99.99% of what we see and known about the major world issues, it is very important to keep the people informed of the truth of all events.
However i would firmly disagree with you that people dont know the half of what is and has/had been going on with Bush and his government and even more so, with his father before him. America is not the only country with people who have to keep an eye out for their government. Through the actions of Bush and his crowd, the world has now turned its eyes on this single “powerful” country, and not nesceserirly (as we all know) in a good way.
Almost all the people i know, this includes the school i now attend, friends from outside of school and other areas of interest have a very clear view of where this crusade is going. Of what brought it on and the hidden lies behind it. They do not in any way support bush and his government and are appauled by the way he is able to lead the american masses in such a dangerously blind way.
I do not really have the grounding to argue political issues, however i want to ask you not to assume that people on this board are all “clueless” about the underground politics that are going on in this “war on terror”. If you read through some of the other threads, many people here are very much in touch with the reality of our dear harassed world right now.
Also many people might just not want to hear about it, they live their own lives and have more to worry about than politics and lies in other countries (which is not to say a good or bad thing) however everyone should have a choice to be or not to be involved in these worries. As little time as i have spent at this forum, there is one thing i realise, most of it is something that gives people hope that life is not all hopeless. That there are people who care and that you can have fun and be accepted even if the world around you is in turmoil, in turn bringing hope to people who have none. I agree wit General Lighting and dont think there is a need for depressive subjects (as important as they may be) to be posted on many areas of the forum. There has to be another way to get across to people.

    care to elaborate?

If you guys have an opinion on 9/11, I would love to hear it… especially if it’s an opposing view…

i think its loads of complex interlinked issues – and sadly the ultimate consequence of societies which have power élites constantly fighting for a share of the world resources – as well as thousands of disaffected and angry people the world over.

I’m not that sure myself about the conspiracy theories; I think there is truth in the reports but its more stupidity, ignorance and greed rather than a deliberate attempt by the current US administration to destroy a buildnig in a major city – although the net result is the same.

although what I will say as someone who has lived in a country where there has always been a terrorist threat (we are still at civil war with Ireland!) is that certainly the govt knew something like this would/could happen but also didn’t want to shut down NYC because of the potential economic cost of lost business etc

I’ve seen reports that the construction of the WTC was built in such a way that made it a deathtrap with only one exit staircase – in England such a building would never get planning permission, but obviously whoever made the WTC managed to overrule these safety considerations – for reasons of cost maybe? after all other bad things could happen in such a building such a fire, and the WTC had already been attacked once.

In other countries the authorities would make the developers put in extra exit points or they simply would not be able to construct – yes it increases costs but the impression I have got (from researching other attitudes in the USA as well) as if profit definitely comes before safety in some quarters.

One enduring memory (from the perspective of a Brit) will always stay with me.

As the towers crumbled, the internet ground to a halt (not surprising, as it was being overwhelmed by traffic and a lot of the nets power was concerntrated in NYC and had been destroyed!) So I tuned my portable analogue radio to the BBC World Service to find out what was happening. They were interviewing some staff of the US Ambassador at the time.

The American chap mentioned the dollar/econnomic cost of the incident before he even thought of discussing the casualty count.

I think the BBC reporter may even have had to prompt the guy to get an estimated body count! This I took to be a clear impression of where the US administrations priorities were….

unfortunately, because of the american governments strangle hold on media and information, there’s no way of getting to the truth..they can dilute it too effectively. i think 9/11 will turn into another JFK.

i do see that basically it was a catalyst for the rejuvenation of the old crusader/jihadist war, which was wanted on both sides. i recon that bush’s crew knew it was gonna happen, and did nothing, but i have no idea who actually did it (well it was prolly osama, but i dont think it had anything to do with afghanistan or iraq).

personally, i think the issues raised are best dealt with in 1984, the control of information and perpetual war is happening right now, it amazes me when people say orwell got it wrong.

we need a revolution. but revolutions have to be bloody. god knows what it would take to take down the western and eastern power structures in such a way where the one side wouldn’t take advantage.

the time of domestic militancy is near, tho. unfortunately.

I don’t know if you guys know who I am or not, but I’m Gold9472 from the Howard Stern Bulletin Board. I have done EXTENSIVE research into 9/11, and have written several articles. I’ve appeared on 89.3 WPXU FM this past anniversary in Washington D.C. I’ve been on the Opie & Anthony show… I have a lot of info that you guys might like to see… You’re more than welcome to come to my site…

BTW… the O&A recordings are available to listen to… I have to admit, I was made to look like a fool, but I got a lot of info out… and if it was someone else, I would be laughing my ass off… 😀

If the owners of this board don’t have a problem with this… I’m just going to post it here.

got no problem with this info provided its kept in the politics section – you might want to explain stuff like who the talk radio hosts are, what the stations usual angle on things is. (bear in mind many of the readers here are from outside the USA).

Opie & Anthony are the competitors of Howard Stern. Sometimes their show is better than his…. Sorry…

from what i’ve heard of howard stern, he sounds well annoying. how come you’re on his site? you still didn’t explain that stern is a “shock jock” ie a shocking disc jockey. no arguement there.

anyway. yea, if you want to post up a bunch of links to relevent info which you think is important about 9/11, go for it.

just dont spam the whole site. saying your info is important enough to do that belittles all other info. i mean ffs, only 3-6,000 people died in the incident, it’s not like there aren’t worse disasters every couple of months.

sudan? papua new guinea? the tsunami? i understand these dont have such obvious conections with western politics, and so are quite hard to research, but i doubt you can really say anything new about the twin towers that’s relevant.
