that area (like most rave areas) has always been a popular haunt for fans of two wheeled vehicles – powered or not. Went to an excellent party there in 2004 (although perhaps slightly better weather)

LOL – that is probably older than many of the posters on this board; I would have been in primary school when it was built. It shows how good British electronic manufacturing once was that it is still working…
as for the bikes, in many cases motorcross rider as well as those who ride mountain bikes and other more traditional pedal cycles get as much hassle from nimbys trying to find decent venues as rave crews do.
there should be solidarity between us (some people enjoy both activities!)…
