please be aware people…anyone asking for deatils…and pin number is dead giveaway…its well dodgy
i have reported to paypal…but i thought i would let u people know
yeah i got one too, thankfully it automatically went into my junk folder. Good on ya for reporting them Scranner.
You have to be careful with that…
Some things you can do to keep safe are: don’t follow links to sites like paypal in an email, check your spelling of the url carefully and look for the padlock at the bottom right of your browser window…
the link took you to a fake paypal login page
i looked at the address and it wasnt a paypal adress but just a few numbers instead of paypal.com
i have reported it to paypal as well
i had a run of these… emails telling me I had recieved payments to confirm
the payments were there, waiting, but not for stuff i’d sold… the tempting thing was that the payments were up £100 for a cheap sports bag, so i could have bought one and sent it off and made a profit
contacted paypal though (suspicious mind) and it’s a way of people getting your name, address etc for ID fraud

I’d be very careful not to click any links you receive in an email like that. These people are clever enough to make their fake websites and emails look realistic…
