    glorious…

Very nice! You’ve inspired me to take my camera with me to the supermarket later and take some shots of Amsterdam as well…

I worked on an estate maintaining the grounds before. Its great in the summer although i was alot younger then and would have prefered to be in front of my PC. Now its the other way round.

    Nice pics 8)

My bike in the forest I cycle in………. No work pics from me at the mo 🙁

Seeing as we are doing bike pics, here is one I took yesterday…..

..and here is a little pic I took this morning whilst strolling home from a party.

Both taken on a phone camera, so excuse the quality.

Nice bikes gents, by the way!

well, dr bunsen, i have to say that may be the most dutch bike i have ever seen. you and your bloody lack of hills. i notice everyone else is a mountain bike fan, i wish i had one sometimes when im near woods, but for speedy transport, you cant beat a tourer…

You’re right about not being used to hills, last time I was on a montain bike (in Mexico) I came off it at speed going down one of those…

haven’t got any pictures of journey to work (yet) as I don’t like early starts to end up rushing to work and never have time to take photos. Might try and get some this week though.

currently riding a new model Raleigh hybrid (combination of tourer and mountain bike features) which was actually provided by my employer…

apologies for quality, this pic is also from a camera phone.

do you use panniers? i had mine (along with bike) nicked a while back and havent replaced them since…juts convinced my girl to get some for work. once you use them, you realise what a hassle backpacks are.

also is the seat-post susspension any good gl? seems like there should be a reason why you dont see em that often. loss of torque?

yep, got a set of altura panniers and also the combined “urban road warrior” laptop/office bag with the internal padded compartment for the laptop and the quick release kit hidden behind a zipped panel which I use for work..

it seems to be a “feature” Raleigh delivered on their new models of hybrids..

Not really noticed any loss of power (although not planning on winning any races on this bike TBH!) – and its the first time I have had any sort of suspension on a bike!

It smooths out some of the ropier bits of road where the asphalt is on the way out; but not by a great deal.

altura seem to be good value for money without being too cheap…its what my girlfreind got. my dads got some dope waterproof roll tops, which i cant find or i’d post em theyre so smart. my dads never driven in his life, so he has a sick custom tourer. you get on that and you realise what “efficient” really means.
