in britain, a policeman comes up to you, detains you in one spot, gives you a reason for a stop and search then asks “do you have anything sharp or offensive in your pockets?” at which point if you think they are gonna find anything, give it to them. it will be much easier to get off lightly later. then they will search any pockets they can see, and smooth down your leg and pat you down etc. i have never had a cop search my shoe, but a freind has had it done. they may search your undershorts if they suspect anything.

if they take you back to the station, chances are your gonna get stripped, so basically fess up cos you’ll be in better luck later. this will only happen if the pigs suspect you of something worth their time, and once they have that scent of trouble, start praying.

Powers of stop, search and seizure

When can the police stop and search you

The police can stop and search you without having a search warrant if they suspect you of being in possession of:-

• drugs; and/or
• an offensive weapon; and/or
• stolen property; and/or
• alcohol if you are at certain major football or rugby matches or on public transport travelling to such an event; and/or
• evidence in relation to an offence under the Protection of Wild Mammals (Scotland) Act 2002; and/or
• cash or the cash equivalent of £10,000 or more and that this is the result of criminal activity.

Before they stop and search you they must have reasonable grounds for suspecting that they will find these things.

In these situations, an officer does not have to be in uniform but if s/he is in plain clothes s/he must identify her/himself and provide documentary evidence of identity if asked to do so. In the above situations, the police should not require you to take off any clothing other than outer coat, jacket or gloves and the police cannot carry out an intimate search, for example, an internal body search, without having a warrant to do so.

basic police searchs can usealy be avoided by puttin incriminating stuff in your shoe! or bras if ur a girl but sum cops ul be a lil smart and jus pull it out ur shoe
