lots of rain this morning, took an extra 20 mins to get to work. iv been locked away inside an office (work) all day . lets hope i get home quicker than it took me to get in

rain clearing up here (its still not very cold at least!) I think the floods are caused by bad drainage systems in some areas.. Apparently Great Yarmouth has been sealed off..

Since a heavy thundery shower yesterday (10.30am) it’s been dry with long sunny spells (20 degrees c.).
I think I’ll rename Manchester the ‘sunny city’ instead of the ‘rainy city’.:groucho:
