Which bank are you with? I can’t remember if you need to verify the amounts before sending money with paypal- I thought that it just limited the amount? There are ways around this.
1) Sign up for online banking- do the new paypal account and when the amounts come out you’ll be able to check them online (hassle free) after 4am the next day
2) another way around it is to transfer money from your active account into your present paypal linked account and just paypal it through then…if both accounts are with the same bank they should be able to transfer the money instantly- you can probably do it other the phone or at a branch.
