AMSTERDAM – Marechaussee have uncovered a remarkable case of smuggling at Schiphol. A woman was arrested trying to smuggle EUR 120,000 in cash to Colombia.

That in itself is not unique, but the place she was hiding half of it was: her vagina. The other half was also hidden in an intimate place, the AD reports.

She was wearing a cylindrical container between her breasts containing EUR 55,000.

For drug deals and such. In most countries it’s illegal to bring in over a certain amount of cash into the country for this reason, and even in those that dont have limits, you can be sure the authorties would be keeping an eye on you to see what the money is for.

Cos if you try and take a substantial amount through customs you need to have a very good reason why your doing it. A large amount not declared is treated as money laundering i think. 😉
