i sold my xbox the other week on ebay, the buyer got it pretty quick but he seems to have such a smuggish attitude…………

……ok one of the controllers i sold was basically chewed up to pieces, i wasn’t gunna sell it in the first place but i thought ”well im not gunna have an xbox anymore, so why keep it?”, but i did say in the advert ”controller is faulty but can be fixed”. then this guy is complain about so many little things………….like minor scratches on the games, controller and even that the headset has its foam piece missing :you_crazy:you_crazy:you_crazy

now hes opened up a dispute with paypal, my account balance stands at -£240.00 and hes giving me a negative feedback on ebay!!! ARGHH!! 😥

i did tell him that i wont be acceptin refunds but its not the point, the xbox works, along with all the other games, and considering i sold it for pennies, he isnt happy that he got a bargain!!!

anyone been in this situation before?? i hate people i really do.

Depends on how accurate were with the condition…

If you didn’t mention the games were slightly scratched, and the foam piece was missing ect, I would be fucked off too lol.

If you put used, then scratched games (as long as they still work) should have been expected.

i get the odd knob like that, with descriptions like chip or small chip. how do you describe a chip or crack? you just have to describe everythin the best you can. i’ve only had 4 – feedback since may 2005 and my feedback is 1064 as of this mornin so i’m doin ok with it. try ringin paypal if hes after his money back.

if hes payed by paypal “THE ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN THE POST” wasnt it? :wink::wink::wink::wink::wink::wink::wink::wink::wink::wink::wink::wink::wink::wink:

well thats what i said to him, its a used xbox and accessories so you’re bound to get light scratches, i think hes just being a cunt tbh.

but hopefully we have ended the dispute, he is willing to accept £15 refund towards a new controller…………………however……………

……………i was really confused with the paypal dispute thing, my balace stands at -£240, and then the dispute console says ”you can refund the total ammount or you can file a complaint” now i wanted to refund SOME money but not all of it so did i make the right choice by filing a complaint??? well i didnt as such, i did say that we have come to an agreement about me reinburstin him some cash so………………arghh……………….i dunno………….im totally fuckin stressed atm……………..

………..need a cup of tea.

ebay does my head in i sold a phone on there once and said it is open to o2 and voda phone not sure about other networks
and he said that i told him it was fully unlocked, he emailed me wanting a refund and i said no he gave me bad feedback the cheak

nah he raised the complaint with paypal, at the moment it says that paypal are looking into it. but i’ve messaged him saying i’m willing to give him £15 towards a new controller, which is fair in my view, but if he asked for any more money he can fuck right off!!!

I’m confused, So that money is in your account but you can’t get to it just yet then till paypal sorts it out?
