Its true, what fucks me off so much with religion is there is so much scientific evidence that contradicts what these religious writings say, yet people are more than willing to kill other humans for these beliefs.
I have been christened, this means fuck all to me other than my parents believed I was a Christian. They can believe what they want, I will avoid a church at all costs except for a funeral. If I go in I will show respect but this is out of decency!
Same as mate. I was only discussing this with my ma yesterday. She got offended by my suggestion that “Jesus” got so much pussy he didn’t know what to do with it. My ma ain’t religious but years of old school religious schooling have still left their mark on her. She said Jesus didn’t have sex with anyone as he’s the son of god. My reply was this, How fucking naive is that!! What Jesus was a 30year old virgin!?! C’mon that’s more fucked up than the world being created in 7 days.
If i was the ‘Son Of God’ I’d definitely be the party King. Girls would love it specially turning water into wine. You’d get laid so much which if Jesus was a hot blooded male he would too.
Changing subjects but what gripes me is this whole “God has a plan” Shite. If something really bad happens then it’s Gods plan. If i have a ring of fire after a curry then it must be God’s plan. Why not just bad luck eh? 😉
Now i believe in a higher power but not the power Mankind have envisioned. Specially the catholic religion. Just shows you their insatiable greed when you visit a small town or village. The houses will look pretty average but the church will be really good, It’s from that whole “If you don’t pay us a tithe then you are going to Hell my chum” Unbelievable really, Back then admission into Heaven could be bought with half your wages.
