if its not licensed and a single neighbour complains it will get shut down
here in Suffolk peoples birthday parties and houseparties are getting shut down and people who have the slightest involvement in party crews are actually being followed around at weekends by cops…
its harsh but sadly you lot are being punished not just for your own mistakes but those of people my age (as a lot of them are addicted to drugs because of how successful the party scene in East Anglia was in the 90s)
that said provided you shut down the music and pack away when told and do not argue at all they let you keep the rig (someone recently done one in Suffolk and actually didn’t get their “kit and caboodle” confiscated because they obeyed the cops (although the party only lasted a few hours))
