done a month then 3 months and was lookin at another 3 months but its been droped. prisons not so bad just boring also it depends what jail your in. get onto an education class or get a job to releve the bordom do anything you can to get out of your cell.
dont get involved with any bullshit and dont show any weeknesses just put a wee bit of front on if anyones in your face. if someones blaggin you for something like suggar or a bit of backy give it em but say ‘now dont ask again’ if they do tell em to ‘fuck off’ no one in jail likes a bully or a grass so you’ll be ok on that front.
stay away from weed as it shows up in mdt’s youll be ok in your first week or so so its worth taking a fivers worth in with you but i wouldnt take the risk. smack is very easy to get but its double the street price and not worth getting unless you want to spend £20 of your spends. then you got to fanny around finding foil or boiling up tobaco and sweets wrapers in a kettel to get the foil off them.
best thing to do is read, find a good education course, get healthy, go gym, eat well and use it as a break.
