There may be an easier way, but this is the way I do it:
- Open up the whole recording in soundforge.
- Highlight the first track.
- Cut
- Edit > Paste To New
- Save the newly pasted track in a folder with the filename 01.wav
- Close and return to the main recording and repeat the above steps with the next track and name it 02.wav etc etc
Use burning software to burn the tracks in order but make sure that you select “disc at once” and be sure to check that your burning software is not set up to place any silence in between tracks.

The other way to do it is to use a Cue Sheet and burn an image. Look it up on google.
