while i recognise that facebook can atract new visitors, the software on that site captures masses of personal information. last year, without my permission, a FB link started appearing under my avatar. i don’t know if this was intrusive software, cookies etc of not but i was actually really pissed off about that

at no point did i give partyvibe.com permission to link to my facebook account and i had never linked anything on PV to FB
