  • Londonistan is really becoming a fucking warzone – a mate of mine was a top urban music producer and gave up performing when he became a dad as he wanted to stay alive and be a father to his kid!

worse still he was killed with bare hands..

ENGLAND footballer Jermaine Defoe’s brother has died after a street attack.

Jade Defoe suffered serious head injuries in an assault in Leytonstone on Monday and died in hospital last night.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said it is not believed a weapon was used in the attack on the 26-year-old who was also known as Gavin and Esco Bars and was popular on the urban music scene.

A 28-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in connection with the investigation.

He was released on bail, but was re-arrested yesterday on suspicion of the same offence and remains in custody at an east London police station.

Half-brother Jermaine Defoe did not travel with his Tottenham Hotspur team mates yesterday for their match with Manchester United tonight because of Jade’s death.

Fucking terrible, Was he a mate of yours then GL? Somethings gotta be done about these mindless and senseless killings.

Copenhagen is also turned into Tombstone wild west style with shootouts, grenades and vicious violents attacks daily….I recon that happens when you have a goverment that is tuff on crime but at the same time thinks its ok to make war on other people…they got the youths they deserve IMO…before they realise that you cant say NO to violence at the same do war mongering this will go on and on and on…pity they do not shoot the politicans that started it all….all was fine and in turned the bastards and closed down pusher street on Christiania…afterwards they have lost control of the gangs and now its a war for gangland territories….

shit man that’s messed up … a friend of mine from my old work ‘s friends bf is a minor football star .. and he gets so much shit because of it … senceless really … the violance that is asosiated with football is one of the reasons i refuse to suport any team at all

“Londonistan is really becoming a fucking warzone”

as the papers say. which is completely counter-productive. let’s not take things out of context.

    it only feeds it, tbh.

yeah im not doubting its happening

what im saying is if papers continue to report it in the way they do it glamourises it and adds to the problem

oh yeah your spot on there .. i oftern think that if we wern’t constantly told about people getting mashed up then alot of the people that get into that trouble might not of felt the need to get “tooled” up in the first place ..

I’ve been following the London crime news for 20 years now, used to live in London myself and and it has definitely got worse.

It is the medias right and duty to report bad news – its only in the non free countries where stuff like this is covered up. If anything the Police don’t pass half the info on violent crime to the Press as there is so much of it, and so much crime remains unreported by the media.

The reality of London and SE England is even bleaker than what is reported in the news. when radio scanners worked I heard at first hand how bad things were

and no one was “tooled up” to kill this guy, it was done by someone strong enough and hate filled enough to kill a man without weapons..

TBH the same goes on in all capital cities as sinner mentioned and there is really no bright side at the moment.

nah, my mate had the sense to quit the bullshit urban music scene and go back to the day job so he could be a dad and a husband, before anything bad happened.

true, and as at present there is no viable substitute to the capitalist economy what feeds these issues the only way it will be done will be via losses of freedom on the streets…

    🙁 thats sad, scary stuff!

i remember him from primary school and beyond…genuine safe guy and besides the music, he was a talented artist…fucking waste.

truth is the people involved are the ones duelling the fire. yes the media contributes but this is a minor element. A lot of young people lost in a vicious cycle of quick reward and demanding respect they (in a lot of cases) haven’t really earned.

I must admit I dont understand this concept of respect, at least as its portrayed in film and media. Why is it so important to people? To the point where people seem able to kill and die for it. Seems a bit of an old fasioned concept

    pistols at dawn!

the way it works on the street is if you have beef you need to act on it befor they do. and by doing so you show people your not lettin no one push you about and there for ya get ya respect and nobody fucks with you untill a bigger geezer comes along ……. basicly it never ends but youths dont see it like that as they think gaining quick respect through fear is the way forward.

but anyways i think what happened to esco has to do with nasty crew cuz esco is in slew dem and at eski dance tempa t (Slew Dem) bottled Griminal (nasty crew) and it only makes sence that nasty crew would have a grudge against anyone in slew dem because of this
