right looks like my computer is proper fucked. 🙁
When i turn it on it goes to this message that says stop then has a long list of numbers after. you reckon its about time i took it to someone to get fixed or can i do it myself?

If the message comes up before windows starts to load its probably the BIOS, Basic Input/Output System.

If theres lines and lines of code or numbers dont bother with that just the english and short codes. Try searchin in google etc, and if you have made any recent changes to the system its probably related to that. Unfortunatly I know sod all about vista (other than its bollox and i cant wait to format and install XP).

BSOD is a windows fault not the BIOS.

you just have to know how to turn all the crap you don’t need off .. and after getting all vista compatable stuff .. it’s not too bad .. just alot of stuff that isn’t “vista compatable” works doesn’t properly with it. win 7 if very compatable .. and has alot of cool things … just bit sketchy atm cos it’s noly beta

I wasnt even aware the traditional BSOD even exsisted anymore, Iv not seen it since 98 myself.
