I don’t think it’ll actually end up in nuclear warfare or anything. Just a load of:
“we’re gonna test this”
“well we’re gonna search your ships”
“yeah well our truce is ended”
*insert media hype about world war 3*
“yeah well we still dont like you but it’d make no sense to actually fire missiles”
NB: anyone can talk can’t they. it’s politics, after all.
North Korea would get fucking destroyed in literally minutes should they launch their frankly incapable missiles.

They are nukes, but pretty weak as far as nukes go. They would kill a fair amount but not enough to realistically win a war against the West.
Unless………. they get China on board. Then it gets fun.
