A neighbour knocked on me door and said there was a baby pigeon wedged underneath the side gate. Rescued it but it looks like it’s on it’s last wings.
Don’t know what to do, Do i leave it to die or do i put it out of it’s misery. I have the option of shooting it but i think that’s a bit cold seeing as it’s a baby an all, plus i only have one pellet and if i mess it up i’d feel like a right c*nt. I could give it to the cats but thats even more c*ntish. As you can see i have a dilemma on my hands. What would you all do in my place? :crazy_diz
Hmmm, tricky one this. Maybe buy a door stopper instead of having to use a baby pigeon to wedge your gate open?
put it in a shoebox n see how it does
Have done that. 😉 Both of my cats are circling it. I suspect they have a part to play in this. Little fuckers!
Break it’s neck if it get to bad, sounds harsh but it goes fast..
However, not sure I could do it myself 😥

I don’t think i could as well. I was going to shoot it but then it looked up at me like ‘puss in boots’ looked at shrek. Needless to say i couldn’t do it.
put it out of the reach of the cats..
if it isn’t actually badly injured (and just got lost) it has a chance of survival and can apparently be fed on dried cat food!

It’s dead now. Just had a look in the box and it ain’t moving. there’s a fair bit of claret in the box so i reckon the cats must of been responsible. Oh well at least i didn’t have to shoot it. 😉
Aye innit man. poor little bugger eh. I shall bury it tomorrow morning, that’s if the cats don’t eat it.
bury the bird
Yeah man will do it in the morning. or just throw it over the fence and let the neighbours deal with it.
