Compared to EA cops they and the locals might be relatively “friendly” but they are really on it with regard to ANPR/surveillance etc. When I lived in Reading and used to go to these things in Wales my mates would always get all sorts of odd traffic violations sent through months afterwards in two languages. Some got enough points to cost them their newly acquired driving license – there were the posh kids what were driving cars supplied by mum and dad ostensibly “to get to college/uni” who had a lot of explaining to do :laugh_at:
Although they are letting it happen, its far easier for heddlu to get the upper hand on sketchy tired ravers on Monday than when they are all hyped up (the same used to happen in Suffolk a few years ago.
