i went last year cos it normally fall near one of my mates bday i was a good night but a word of warning there really was sniffer dogs there

I’ve only been to a few larger legal events in EA last year (the biggest probably being sensetize in Yarmouth) but I am seeing an increasing presence of uniformed Police and associated support infrastructure (dogs, camera units etc) at all these legal rave events…

worse, your ticket prices pay for these coppers! (about £2500 for sensitize). I don’t want to put people off attending, but bear this in mind with larger raves..

I went as well mate, yeah there was quite a few sniffer dogs about that night plus loads of undercover cops in the main arenas.

The dogs don’t bother me i have a cunning plan this time around! raaaraaa

There are always dogs and old bill at large legal raves ,always.

They are not stupid they know whats going on, just dont be blatent about being naughty and you will be left alone.

they’ve only got a certain window for the dogs before they get tired so I suspect they already have named targets/prominents in mind and aren’t really interested in the small timers…

as long as he doesn’t make us leave at like 2 am like most of my mates have done when they first went to a rave either cos they canny hack it or got scared :laugh_at: that’s cool 😉

sorry but i dissagree the dogs will smell drugs weather big time or a few persy bits thats what they do 😉

not nesaseraly true … if you think how sensative a dogs nose is .. and how many people take drugs to raves … there sences must be over loaded … i have seen people with a small amouts of drugs on them get past police dogs at raves b4. they need a fair bit of drugs for them to be able to distinguish between the smell of drugs just in the air and what they can actualy pick up on a pecific pperson i recon … alltho i don’t think that’s what GL ment … he ment there are allready pre decided people (alltho probably not mutualy exclusive) that they not want in the place to sell drugs .. just as at big football matchs they will know who the troubole makes are allready and try and stop them first.
