I was round a friends house about a week and a half ago, and the police raided the house and found a ounce of weed and some personal on his table. Now I had nothing to do with the weed, however they arrested both of us and banged us both up.
I was searched and had nothing on me and hadn’t smoked anything. They then interviewed me first as they said my friend was unfit to speak to due to drugs, and I told them I had no ideal about the ounce but had seen the personal. They then charged me with possession and bailed me.
They then spoke to my friend the next morning and he admitted it was all his and he’s been charged and set a court date, however I’ve heard nothing back as to whats happening to me! I went to the cop shop a few days after and they refused to discuss it with me. They can’t charge me still can they? Even though he’s admitted the weed was his and I had nothing to do with it?
