they are already trying it, its just the cops and Security Service (MI5) are doing a fairly good job of dealing with it, particularly as both services now employ a significant amount of ethnic minority officers, who can engage with moderate Muslim communities and get them to report suspected terrorists to the cops. Bear in mind these scum don’t just do bombs/jihad, they start off toughening themselves up by robberies and burglaries of their own people, same as the Taliban in PK and AF… high value car thefts, card fraud, and at the lower level street robberies and heroin dealing are their main crimes..
one worse problem that Europe and the USA is also finding though is collusion between angry natives / criminal elements (who are not necessarily Muslim) and Islamic terrorism. For instance the explosives used in the 2004 Madrid bombing were sold by a criminal syndicate which unfortunately also brought in drugs including party drugs as well as heroin, leading to a further backlash from EU cops/security forces against drugs culture 😥
