I am about to start The God Delusion but I dunno what its going to be like, currently reading Opium (fiction ish book set in Asia about the Opium trade and the Triads).

I recommend Sherlock Holmes, there all a good read.

the last book I read was The Dead Yard by Ian Thomson. it’s about Jamaica, and its politics, history, people and (of course) music. very interesting book.

I’m reading “Conquest of Heroes: End of an Era” atm … It’s the flagship title for my mates company … really good book actualy .. I’m not normaly into the whole mutant/hero stories but this is written really well. (and I’m not just saing that because of the ties – alltho I’m gonna post a link to where you can buy it lol)

    Beyond Ascension

started a book last night called ‘the war of don emmanuels nether parts’ by a guy called Louis de Bernières. he also wrote captain correllis mandolin. seems pretty good so far. 🙂

Try reading Pillars of the Earth and it’s sequel World Without End.

Both set in Medieval England. They are without doubt the best books I’ve read in a long long time.

Pillars of the Earth is about to come out as a tv series as well so I hope that’ll be good!

How rich was this read? I could not put it down.

It certainly painted Jamaica in a different light, highlighting just how much the UK and the US have destroyed that country for centuries past and to come.

Just reading a called “Opium” about the war in Vietnam opium heroin and what not. Very good actually. Almost makes me miss Asia, almost.

just finished ‘food of the gods’ by mckenna

    now reading ‘the cosmic serpent’
