ROBBERS took advantage of bumper summer takings at a popular lido, holding up staff before making off with cash.
Police were called to Brockwell Lido in Dulwich Road, Herne Hill, just before 6am on June 28 following reports of a robbery.
Flying Squad officers are hunting four suspects in connection with the incident at the outdoor pool and leisure centre.
A police spokeswoman said the suspects entered the premises and threatened the duty manager, who believed the suspects had a gun.
She said: “It looks like the victim feared a gun was involved, but it wasn’t seen.”
The suspects stole cash from the premises then ran out, police said.
