Wow, this party was amazing!! Not sure it was due to the acid, or whether this party was actually so amazing!!! Wicked tunes for the 1st half of the night, wasnt feeling it too much towards the end but im sure other people were. Wicked vibes goin on!!

And ive got a question, what was the genre of music, or sub genre that was being played at this party alot of the time, it was like a blend between drum & bass, like remixes of well known dnb tunes, some if it was at the actual speed it of the original, but then it was slowed down and sped up, blended in and out of techno/hard trance kind of beats. I loved it it had me raving hard, i have very little knowledge of hard trance/techno but am a big drum and bass head.

If someone could enlighten me i would very much appreciate it!

Thanks alot, out to anyone who went to the party it was one of the best ive been to.

I think its freeform…. tends to crop up slightly more amongst SE England bumpkin crews than here in the East…

The amount of people which seemed to be from the gypsy community kinda thing amazed me at this party! (i hope thats not offensive, im rather un-educated on the topic).

Ive been to quite a few partys but tend to find you get a blend of people, this one seemed strongly to be gypsy and travellor types of people. for some reason it really interested me, it felt like being in a complete and utter different society to normal life!..

What isit that tends to determine what types of people go to these parties, is it the location, the crews that set up the parties? Both, or what? Haa.

Anyway i have alot of respect for these ‘gyspy’ socetys, it seems like a completley different life that 99% of normal society wouldnt even begin to understand or wouldnt even think it exists! Everyone seemed to be kool and respectful, so yeah, wicked party!!!!

Again, my interpretation that this party was almost entirely filled with the gypsy community may of been totally warped by the LSD. Lol… I duno!

might well have been a party on a established site for someones birthday. lots of folk do own vehicles they live in part time and take them to raves on friends sites. they then return to normal suburbs / villages during the week, often parking up on friends land / or farms. as its only 1 or 2 vehicles they don’t get in the news and prefer to keep it that way 😉

Travellers don’t normally rinse their sites for raves on a regular basis as it tends to get them dobbed in and evicted, also a lot of the older ones don’t have time for partying. one dude I know is usually way too busy making lots of important horsey stuff (the bling they put on the suffolk punches etc) and I swear he works longer hours than I do!

Acid does also make things and people seem rather more exotic than they are (which is why its fun taking the stuff).

I’ve lost count of the amount of acid-filled hippies what are curious about “where I’m from” – not in some a racist way but for they assume that i’m originally from some really obscure bit of Asia like Nepal, or some jungle place in Borneo, and grew up amongst tigers etc. Understandable as my parents are from Malaysia and I have mixed South Asian / Chinese ancestry so I might well look a bit like the dudes on the nature films..

Until I speak and they most think I’m from Chelmsford or Basildon 😥 (I grew up mostly in London / SE England…)

LOL GL you wanna use that to your advantage and wind up some of the tripping hippys … when your at a free party that;’s in a forest you could come out the bushes and make out like you’ve just stubled on a free party in your “jungle” and really freak them out … they’ll probably think they are some where else as the acid has trancended them to borneo :laugh_at:

Ah mate, this party was off hook!!!!! One of the best ive been to, location was perfect too, you certainly missed out on a banger my friend!

well its the same day as prodigy was at milton keynes so i reckon it was a bit of an after party.. i wanted to go to one, but my mate isnt much of a raver who i went with

the crews and parties round there attract loads of pikeys, i dont mean travellers here, i mean the robbing wastemen thugs that dont think twice about mugging people or other aggressive crime.

always selling nos, seen them do some bad things and its always the same faces. makes me watch my back alot at their parties, which i dont feel i have to do at other outdoor parties,

picked a mate up from the gig on the way, got caught in bare traffic comin thru mk.

this is what i found at the last 1**** & C**** party. the guys selling the nos are rude cunts. just there to make cash, couldnt give a fuck about the party. had the nos can sat right next to the decks, would have fucked me right off if i was the dj. mind you they were mostly shit anyways… :grump:
