Anyone had any experience?

Bought an xmas pressie (auction on 18th Nov & paid immediately). Was not delivered, so banged in a claim and had a message of ebay slags 2 day to say that they be sorting it out by Dec 25th, so this will be maybe over one month til I get my money back..

report them as having not sent the item to ebay, did you pay with paypal?

If you did they just open the case up with paypal, that stays open for ages, you just need to make sure you dont leave it to late.

The only thing is I am unsure how long you have to wait before you can open up a dispute with paypal, might have to wait a bit long.

had a few experiences and never lost a penny yet.

my bros had problems before not sure if it got sorted thoug – have you had a look for the ebay forum if such a thing exists?

has been escalated to ppal claim since around 28th Nov (went straight for this as didn’t really trust seller), but they said won’t be sorted out til Dec 25th. Not really happy given such prompt payment and everything.

Dont think there’s anything you can do mate other than buy it somewhere else where you could take it back if they both turn up.

to me this is clear cut, as seller gave tracking info to paypal. Also, auction said the item was located in London, but was actually in Bulgaria, and that’s why delivery estimates were ramped up from 3-5 to 8-10.

basically i believe after a month they automatically get the cash or some shit, until u give feedback they dont get the money unless 1 month goes by.
how much feedback have they got?
they might be waiting that month to get the cash and run.

file a dispute with paypal – you will ALWAYS get your money back.

What was your seller’s feedback like?

I had a very late sender and wasn’t replying to my emails. So I used my detective skills and tracked the person on facebook. They stupidly used the same email address…. They finally responded to my emails saying they were in a serious accident blah blah blah….. No mention on this on their facebook haha liars
Anyway in the end they finally sent the goods.
