there is a K-1 visa holder person from Viet, but when they got married as soon as the husband had to go work for aboard .its been one and half year, they never seen eachother, now he wants to divorce her. she contests him as an emotionally abuser to stay in the states. but she has no evidence or anything.
is there any possible for her to stay in the states?
