Scribbled out all the barcodes, wrote all the text upside down, refused to use the tick boxes and just wrote out the answers manually etc
The legal requirement is to provide the information, not provide it in a computer friendly form. If it cant be scanned in the have to pay someone to manually enter the data. Every form they have to manually type out Lockheed Martin makes a loss on, so I avoid the fine and criminal record and also cause a loss to the arms dealers who shouldnt be doing the census in the first place.
