The UK’s most forward-thinking electronic music event Glade Festival returns for 2011, revolutionised and stripped back to it’s shiny roots. Taking place at a brand new venue The Mansion House, Old Warden Park in Bedfordshire venue this year’s festival will feature a selection of the most respected names in cutting-edge electronic music and with two main arenas focusing on trance culture and a third club tent announced, The Glade Festival truly is the UK’s spiritual home of Trance.
Glade is very pleased to announce The Mansion House, Old Warden Park, Biggleswade Bedfordshire is the new home for Glade Festival 2011. Conveniently situated for festival goers travelling from all directions this location is an ideal site, close to all major routes, and in a beautiful landscaped park. We will have room to grow here, and hope to keep the festival at this site for years to come.

We’re pleased to announce a brand new psy-trance stage at this years festival FUSE. Hosted by six of the UK’s leading party organisers Liquid Records and Wild Things (London), Illuminaughty (Manchester) Planet Shroom (Bristol) Planet Zogg (Sheffield) and Toadstool (Gloucestershire) the addition and playing host to some of the best names on the scene; Earthling, TRON, OOOD, EVP alongside fast-rising stars Monk3ylogic and Hedflux and not forgetting residents from these incredible events FUSE makes a welcome addition to Glade 2011!
Alongside FUSE, don’t forget we have two more floors focusing on the best Psy Trance and Chill Out. First up The Origin Stage – the UK’s premier outdoor Psy Trance which this year plays host to a whole host of heavyweights featuring legends Man With no Name, Tristan and Prometheus alongside the cream of the international Trance scene! UK chill-café and record-label InSpiral take care of our more chilled floor featuring cross-spectrum music policy from laid back chilled grooves to dub, reggae, breaks, beats dubstep, techno, disco an beyond – Full line ups below!
Alongside the five main stages; Glade, Overkill, Origin, InSpiral and our latest addition Beta, we’re pleased to announce a whole host of new, smaller venues we’ve named the ‘Nanosystems’, these will be scattered across the site adding an extra dimension to this years festival. Featuring a mix of music and off-the-wall entertainment and hosted by a selection of friends the Nanosystems will provide an exciting alternative to the main music stages… who knows what you might find!
For those who wish to camp in style, boutique is for you. You will be greeted by our bell boys who will carry your luggage directly to your accommodation. There are a number of options, from Bell Tents to Tipis, Yurts and Squrts (not to mention our luxury 3 bed Cornish Country Cottage on wheels). You will be in a private corner of the festival with private facilities, just seconds from the main arenas and all the action.
And if it’s relaxation you need, you will find this in The Sanctuary, our dedicated arena for the healing arts. Including everything from Massage, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Shiatsu and more, make sure you make it to The Sanctuary should you need to relax, rejuvenate and rebalance.
Dear members of the press and festival goers alike – this is just the tip of the iceburg. With more artists to be announced alongside more arenas and some of the bnest décor, performance, sound and visual installations in the country Glade Festival is well and truly back!

Adult Deposit Scheme:
Glade Festival 2011 will be operating a deposit scheme. The deposit scheme will allow you spread the payment of the ticket(s) over 2 instalments; the deadline for payment is the 15th of April 2011. The payment link will be in the confirmation email of the deposit order. All Glade Festival deposits are non-refundable; if you place a deposit and do not pay the balance of the order you will not get a refund.
Disability Information
Disabled attendees have to buy a festival ticket to gain entry. Carers, who attend with a disabled person, have the opportunity to get a ticket at 50% of the full ticket price, at the Box Office on site, on presentation of a valid Disability Card. (no card – no discount).
Age Information
Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult. ID will requested if you look under 18.
