its got a lot quieter than it has been in the last couple of years in london. A few reasons ive noticed for that and i’m sure there are more. Main reasons i’ve noticed are, the feds shutting down the parties, especially the bigs ones faster, in a post london riots world, social chatter is monitored more. There’s been more violence kicking off and people getting robbed which has been causing a real negative vibe at the parties putting people of going and throwing them. Also causing distrust between rigs blaming eachothers following causing the trouble which stops rigs linking up to have the equipment to even have a party. This has all got a bit tougher and bit harder in the recession when there’s less money around to put on the events and is possibly even the cause for people getting robbed more at these events with a few mote desperate people in society. That said I don’t want to put you off underground raves as they are an experience which is just incredible when they go right!
