Probably my favourite all around food – loaded with anti-oxidants and natural oils. And garlic. And maybe a few spices (Caribbean Jerk spice offers a simpler flavour solution).

Does wonders as an overnight face pack too. Although I think raw pulped avocado is better than the mixed guacomole – spices don’t help much applied direct to the skin.

Corn chips. “Doritos” is a brand name for flavoured corn chip.

But, goes well on meat too. Actually it can help flavour veggie meat substitutes – definitely an experimenter kind of food.
