But, NASA reckons another probe is necessary to confirm that they didn’t come with the rover that found them.

You’d think NASA would have thought of sample contamination before the first 3 rovers set off, but apparently they didn’t.

well when I watched the whole mars landing crap the said hey had taken mesures to prevent exactly that
