the good ones these days are not advertised on line at all (and have not been for some years).
Facebook is not just bait for the organisers but for the attendees. OK I don’t live anywhere near London now and work in a small village but in that area everyone is really careful about what they put on farcebook as parents/employers regularly scan it or are tipped off by other folk in the village.
also HR folk can and do (without even having to have an account themselves) use it and google to check what people really get up to in their spare time, it takes a few seconds for any citizen to do what would previously have taken hours / days for a trained private investigator.
