Arm&Hammer, I’ve sworn by that for 8 years =D
It’s a very powdery texture and my teeth dramatically lose their whiteness when i’ve been skint and had to buy a cheaper toothpase.

Some fancy smokers toothpaste, its like grout, but get all the nicotine stains off (not that there were many anyway)

Same here, the one thats meant to restore enamel since I did a bit of damage lockjawed in my pillhead days, but also for the whitening effect because Im a smoker

I use whatever, I still have a little brown dot on my front tooth where I chipped my tooth on a bottle of cider while I was smoking heroin every day. Seems to be part of my tooth now. Other than that I sometimes notice a bright green coating on my teeth and tognge after I take my meth in the morning. But that brushes clean lucky as sometimes my tongue goes green too.

have you tried asking the dentist to scrape the brown bit off with a ‘scale’ and polish… My ex had a briown front tooth for years and was anti-dentist, but when i forced him to go to one he came home with the brown tooth fixed white and couldn’t stop grinning.

Yeah been there done that, he did his best and made it allot smaller but he couldn’t do nothing bout a bit of it sadly 🙁 it’s not like full on brown it’s a spec at the botton of it.

I tried using that, I couldn’t figure out how to get the shit on my brush without either making the rest of it all wet or spilling the powder al over the place.
