UPDATE: Photo ID is requested, but if you don’t have it please bring the card you made the ticket purchase with to confirm your identity. It is essential you must have the card you booked with to collect your e-tickets.

Ok so as we keep stressing you must have ID no matter how old you are, there will be no blag on the door to get in without it.

Also if you have booked your ticket for collection on the door ie; “e tickets” (lol e tickets I didn’t know you could get tickets for e’s nowdays) you will 100% need to bring the card they were booked with. I know this is a sudden pain in the arse that they have sprung last minute. If you are not the owner of the card that it was booked with get in touch with the SUF people NOW so you can make changes to the ticket.

If you bought your tickets and have the physical card ticket in your hand that is fine but you will still need to bring PASS approved form of ID for door checks to prove you are not on the mets shit list as acidfairy put it.

Ok also if you are coming and you havent sent me your phone number, please do so today or tomoz. I don’t want anyone to think they were ditched or nitted off in any way.

I’m sorry about all this guys. I had no idea about all this until last night. The reasons for it are to stop fake tickets and also keeping gang members and violent people out so we can enjoy ourselves.

Re. This whole ID fiasco. . I’ve had a message from the venue stating that you only need to bring the card you paid with if you’re collecting e-tickets this is imperative you won’t get them without it… you only need photo ID if you regularly get asked for ID so are fortunate enough to look under 18… hope this clears it up. . incidentally I was reading the rules for a large Dutch hardstyle event held in a sports/leisure hall and a condition of entry is having an ID-card of some sort (either your NL ID card or if your country does not have one a driving license or other ID approved for purchasing age restricted goods). without this you will not get in and that is whether you are 16 (where permitted) or 55 (as out there its not seen as abnormal to go to EDM events even when much older)

All ID-cards are scanned and if someone commits a serious crime (drugdealing, violence, sexual harrasment) there they can be ejected and not just handed over to the Police but their ID info and the relevant CCTV footage is also sent over.

From reading the experiences of folk on partyflock and other Dutch forums who have been caught with a significant amount of pills as well as news reports this doesn’t mean court and prison but it does mean a entire weekend spent in Police custody and leaving it on Sunday afternoon several hundred euros worse off (its about €10-€50 fine per pill carried!). There is also a warning that further arrests will result in Court and over-30s in particular are often referred to community service and/or drugs/mental health treatment units.

The idea of this is not to fuck up someones life permanently with a criminal record at least for normal jobs (NL must have something like CRB checks for working in healthcare/with vulnerable people) but to fuck up their weekend so they are careful not to get caught again but clearly it is possible to bring in just as many pills as you need for your own personal use same as anywhere else…
