Put on 2KG in the last 2weeks of pure muscle! RAWR! Well probably not all muscle 😉 haha, for those of you who might not understand I’m an ectomorph! So its a pretty big and rapid achievement! 74KG, will be 85KG in no time !! Woohoo hahaha :weee:
so excited, hitting gym hard! Soon as I get into my leg routines properly ill be expecting another 2KG in maybe a month on legs alone!
Any recent gym achievements anyone would like to share?
I’m sorry man, but no. I can guarantee that there is some water weight and fat there, assuming you are eating correctly (which you should be if you want to get anywhere).
I’m pretty happy, just started working out again after a month and a half break I took to deal with some shit.
Possibly, but the working out 4 times a week for the month without taking creatine could possibly have helped 😉 ill weigh myself up tomorrow.
Nice one man, keep at it and stay motivated
Working out more doesn’t equal better gains. Your body needs time to rest.
Also somatypes are bullshit, 99.9% of people if not all are a mix of all 3 anyways.
Of course not man but 4 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and work 2 muscle groups each time it’s a decent routine
What’s that? Never heard of that just ecto, endo and meso – morphs

You are better off doing a split routine of push/pull 3 times a week if you’re going to do that or your muscles will end up getting overworked and not having enough time to recover and you won’t make any progress.
Yeah thats what somatotypes are, but you will never be a pure ‘ecto’ or whatever so there is no point worrying about it, I doubt they are even real it is more likely just peoples different metabolisms and genetics rather then predetermined body types. You just need to eat more (as i’ve told you before) if you are an ‘ecto’, it doesn’t create some impassable wall.

Diets are for pussies. I eat what I want when I want and don’t put on weight.. its annoying
BEEFCAKE tis all
well done 🙂
i used to love going gym while i could have a 3 month student membership… i’m not paying for a year tho, i duno where i’ll be lol
I have a triangular body.
Congrats! It’s really hard to keep in shape.. for everything I eat I have to work out after just to keep it off my body
When I was like 17 and taking TONS of speed and E’s and K I sware I just looked like a frame of a body.

Comfortable with my current routine and feel the progress and it works for me, I’ll keep it in mindif it gets boring and need to mix it up though 🙂
Ooh I see, that’s good too hear, yeah especially certain muscles you have better genetics, if I choose not to (which I won’t) I can easily work out my shoulders once a month and they will still be huge, and absolutely ripped and muscly, its just genetics on my shoulders. And no of course not, scoffing them carbs and protein down everyday, I can’t wait to see my progress once I do out on 10KG.
MR207 – thank you 🙂 a good mindset and trick that works for me, is think of a goal, body shape, weight, etc that you would like to be, focus on it and when you were out, you will see your body transformation come alive! 🙂 also, at least your working out too, not many people do! Keep it up 🙂

You’ll need to mix up the exercises you do anyway, I like to change a few every 4-6 weeks so it stays fun but also so my body doesn’t adapt to a specific exercise.
Yup, my chest is on steroids I swear but my triceps are lacking and never grow it really pisses me off. Gotta look it in the bigger picture though, bodybuilding is a marathon not a sprint, I know i’ll eventually get where I want to be. Oh, if you are wanting to track your progress better you’re probably better off taking pictures rather then doing it in the mirror as it is much easier to tell and you can put them side by side. I do it every month or so and its actually amazing to see how much you’ve changed over say 3 months.
