  • I am 32 years boy, I am very chubby my weight is about 103 kilograms please suggest me some idea for losing my weight.

First of all do some morning walk and yoga in morning.
include crab food in their diet, fresh juices, include nutritionla diet such a salad, green vegiees but most important keep yoga and exercise daily……

    Eat less?

just cut off your excess fat with a meat cleaver

Eat less, eat healthier, get plenty of exercise.

Failing that you could remove limbs and see the weight just drop off!

    Get off your ass?
Jog every morning and evening, it will fall off

Failing that the A-Plan diet. Amphetamines for breakfast.

Catch AIDS? Apparently the pounds just fall off you then!

    bahaha

If he jogs, his ass will fall off? That doesn’t sound good. How will he sit down?

Set your self an ACHIEVABLE goal and start off small like a walk round the block every other night and build up. If you start off thinking “I have to run fast and long distance” you will never get out the house because it’s too daunting. Also apps can really help. I use Nike+ for my running and it’s a little cheesy but having something to tell you well done does help.

Also con a friend or pen into going with you so it’s less of a chore.

Drink at least three litres of water a day and avoid over eating (well duh), only healthy food like vegetables and fruits.

Try to combine a healthy and balanced diet with exercise. The NHS weight loss pages are an excellent resource for help and advice, and show how achieve your goals. Aiming to lose between 1 to 2 kg a week is a health starting point…

In theory losing weight is easy, you only need to consume more calories than you eat. However in practice it’s a lot harder than it sounds. Motivating yourself to exercise and watching what you eat are key however you’re often your own worst enemy as your unconscious mind continually tries to trick you into doing what it wants not what you want…

I think it’s great to combine a healthy balanced diet with exercise to help to lose weight. The NHS weight loss pages are excellent to give advice and show how that can be achieved. Having a goal to lose between 1 to 2 kg a week is a good rate of progress and healthy as well.
