Heart disease is seen among the people. Depression is the main key for heart disease. It is a highly unrecognized side effect of heart attack/ heart disease and it is necessary to persist until the condition is correctly diagnosed and treated…
What do you think?
What do you mean “depression is the main key for heart disease”. Are you claiming that depression causes heart disease or the other way around (which is pretty obvious, I would be depressed if I had heart disease.
The primary causes however, are as follows:
Coronary heart disease (CHD) is usually caused by a build-up of fatty deposits on the walls of the arteries around the heart (coronary arteries).
The fatty deposits, called atheroma, are made up of cholesterol and other waste substances.
The build-up of atheroma on the walls of the coronary arteries makes the arteries narrower and restricts the flow of blood to the heart. This process is called atherosclerosis. Your risk of developing atherosclerosis is significantly increased if you:
smoke
have high blood pressure (hypertension)
have a high blood cholesterol level
do not take regular exercise
have diabetes
Other risk factors for developing atherosclerosis include:
being obese or overweight
having a family history of CHD – the risk is increased if you have a male relative with CHD under 55 or a female relative under 65
plus excessive consumption of :sign0073::sign0073::sign0073::sign0073:

Yeah, I saw. I just thought that a well constructed answer that points to the causes and preventative measures without having to shop for little known and probably untested supplements might shut him up!
Hello friends,
Heart Disease is a grouping of many conditions that cause damage to the heart. Most of it is from atherosclerosis (clogging with fat) in the coronary arteries that supply the heart itself with blood. When these get too clogged, they can cause parts of the heart to die. Just like cutting off circulation to any other organ will kill it.
Thanks a lot
