Although PVR does not link directly to law enforcement websites for obvious security reasons (especially in the wake of global revelations about the scale of Internet monitoring and surveillance), I’ve attached this (copyright remains with Norfolk Constabulary 2013) at it appears to be a genuine attempt by a Police Service in England to explain how and why current Licensing legislation is enforced.
