I’ve also got a link to the house rules of this venue (this however is all in Dutch). They are not greatly different from any similar venue in the EU (TBH I think many of them are now harmonised) but there is a warning that this venue must comply to a zero tolerance rule set be Rotterdam Police Night Time Economy Unit; as well as forbidding obviously bad things like blatant illegal /harddrugs and weapons; seemingly innocent items such as body sprays/deodorant and food/drink in containers is also banned (as these things might also be used to smuggle in drugs or can be used flame generating / chemical weapons) and even marker pens (presumably to prevent graffiti).
There is a dress code too from the club but that is is 100% opposite to many UK venues (shouldn’t be a problem for the sort of people who like Bangface – it discourages the “bling/gangster/footy hooligan” type fashions – unless someone decides to wear this stuff for a joke and the club management aren’t aware of the British sense of humour (many Dutch are aware of it to be fair).
I am not 100% sure how strictly these policies are enforced (they exist in Britain but aren’t always 100% followed and the bulk of them are basic common sense TBH) but worth being aware especially if you are travelling to a foreign country for an event; you don’t want to risk being barred or worse, spending a weekend in the cells instead of having a good time.
