apparently some British ISPS block these URLs (probably mobile SIM connections which might be used by those below 18 rather than countrywide) but the dotted IP CCC | Startseite works instead
closely affiliated with the NL and DK groups and there are occasionally British folk who contribute (although the real reason the Dutch publish their computer info in English is because its easier than writing it in German :laugh_at:)
