what, not being fat will help loads with self confidence, although if you have a face made for radio then you’re screwed anyways.
For me its always been walks…i don’t know what it is but feeling actual /real/ living grass under my toes gives for such a serene peace. If you live in an area with a park, or even better a national park, then spend 20 minutes everyday just walking! As you start building up a better stamina (idk where you are currently in cardio so go easy bud) then spend 10 out of those 20 minutes running, you can split those ten minutes up in 1 minute sprinting intervals. So it can go like this 1minsprint—2minutewalk—-1minutesprint—2minutewalk—Voila! Until you hit twenty 🙂
That and you mix it in with good eating and your body will rejoice and will respond to the kindness you’ve given it with good vibes.
Its really tough when you first get started but you can’t give up, nothing in life is easily earned and in order to gain you must sacrifice. Learn to use your energy, boss at work pissing you off? Tired of being alone? Well FOCUS on that feeling, on that emotion, and whatever you have that is burning you up inside you turn it onto its head and USE it. Focus into becoming who you will be not who it is you want to be. Once you understand that difference the whole process becomes easier.
its like Requiem said, you’ve taken the first step, now focus on the next. 🙂
Good luck man!
