A bit sad they never listened to the natives and learn how to fish with their hidden tactics.
They died mostly due to paranoid doubt, yet they seem to now be part of ancient culture preserved over the generations like Witch Doctors and Tribes if they still exist on islands cut off part way.
I fucking love a bit of rape and pillage, fucking vikings are my hero’s.
More of a Saxon man myself.
Either this person was being pretty random or maybe they meant the TV series

What do you think about Vikings?
they’re pretty cool as far as i’m concerned. i’m part cherokee native american, irish and i definitely have a tiny bit of scandinavian in me (aka viking!).
cherokee: dark hair, dark eyes, tans very well, loves alcohol
irish: pale as hell for the most part (i only tan if i lay out and i don’t so…) plus i love beer and celebrating just to celebrate
scandinavian: bright green eyes, pale for the most part and i love dragons and shit (haha xD)
the green eyes thing is the kicker. green eyes are very rare and the majority of people who live in what used to be viking land like holland, norway, etc are green-eyed people. at least the natives are. about 98% of their population of natives have green eyes. cherokee native americans can also explain the green eyes but mostly they had brown eyes that looked black. irish people tend to have blue or brown eyes mostly blue.
*fun fact: green eyes are the only colored eyes that change according to the lighting. take a glance at me under some regular bulbs, i look like i have brown eyes. under LEDs or anything brighter, looks like my eyes are golden green with yellow. weird as shit i know.

It looks like my eyes change color too, but the reason you can read here
Can Your Eyes Change Color? – WSJ
But like most things around us, things “change” color if the sun is out compared to if it’s clouded.
But in the end, it’s really the same color.
Slimshifty, how do you simultaneously have a darker complexion that tans well, and a paler complexion?
And I don’t think a tendency for alcohol can be put down to an inheritance trait lol
It’s been suggested there is an hereditary gene but but how true it is idk and it’s debated.
I’d argue that there is likely something in some people’s DNA that draws out the curiosity towards experimenting with chemical exploration. And yes genetic predisposition leaves some more vulnerable to addiction. But a pre-programmed genetic preference for a particular substance? I’m not buying that one without the evidence in front of me.
I suddenly feel far too serious. I’m having a joint.
Not so muh for a substance but for an addiction.
Ah, that I’ll go with. I didn’t choose drugs, they choose me.
