I have. Phenzacaine (rock and powder are EXACTLY the same) is a mix of 3-flourophenmatrazine and benzocaine usually. 3-fpm is a pretty active stimulant that burns like buggery on the nose, hence why phenzacaine was created within a few days, adding a numbing agent to numb the agony. Not bad but you’d be better off buying straight 3f-pm an buying some benzocaine/dimethocaine and cutting it yourself as I did.

3-fpm on it’s own can be vaped., in fact both could be vaped but vaping the benzocaine as well would be pointless.
