reminds me of one of the Dutch pirate radio sites which I could never sign up to in spite of providing 100% valid data; it turned out that because my IP address was in UK rather than NL they suspected I might be from Ofcom / BNetzA working undercover for Agentschap Telecom to gather intelligence for EU cross border enforcement :laugh_at:
even more surreal as the Dutch pirates seem to widely use VPNs to stream audio for studio to transmitter links with a disposable 3g device at the other end (as even when the Communications Ministry confiscate the TX equipment they cannot work out where the studio is without getting M/AIVD, BNA, GCHQ etc involved which isn’t that easy to justify when everyone involved is European and not doing any real terrorism/crime)
that website appears to have merged with another less paranoid one anyway.
