probably aimed at US telcos and ISPs which are (and have always been) notoriously insecure in comparison to the resources they could afford. In any case I only use my US / Canada circuits for non critical stuff and feed random traffic through them like the German speaking clock, cat miauws and bagpipes just to confuse the feds (and blare the ears of those who have turned up their headphones too loud) :laugh_at:
